When lemonade is not enough.
Guiding My Heart To Joy
What is the Torah approach when life hands you lemons and even the lemonade tastes bitter? Devorie and Rabbi Nachman lost several children in their infancy.  Later, their son, who was about to be married, died in a tragic accident. Devorie will share her personal journey towards discovering strength and joy in the face of challenge and pain.
Through challenge and loss, Devorie has developed an easy approach to understanding the Torah human resilience and growth. She is an inspirational lecturer on the power of faith, humor and joy.

She graduated cum laude from Yale University, and from Mount Sinai School of Medicine with honors in Medicine and Pediatrics.
